Fresh Take on a Classic Shaker Kitchen in Nashville’s Sylvan Park

There’s something timeless about a clean, well-planned kitchen. And this one in Sylvan Park hits all the right notes.

We built this custom shaker kitchen in collaboration with Reid Christopher Design, Eric Reason, and Lua Crofts, and the result is a space that feels airy and intentional from every angle.

The layout is anchored by a white oak island and surrounded by custom cabinetry built to handle real life: panel-ready appliances, integrated storage, and a hood that keeps the room feeling open and bright.

Nothing’s too flashy, but everything feels dialed in.

There’s a lot to be said for kitchens that aren’t trying too hard. When the materials are right and the design is solid, it just works.
